Managing Your Account

This guide explains how to manage your user account in Next Level Booking System.

Your Account Settings

Account settings allow you to manage your personal information and preferences.

Accessing Account Settings

To access your account settings:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page
  2. Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu
  3. You will be taken to the account settings page

Personal Information

In the Personal Information section, you can:

  • Update your name
  • Change your email address
  • Update your phone number
  • Add or change your profile picture
  • Change your time zone or language preference

To update any information:

  1. Click the Edit button next to the section
  2. Make your changes
  3. Click Save to confirm changes

Security Settings

In the Security section, you can:

Change Password

  1. Click on Change Password
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter and confirm your new password
  4. Click Save

Two-Factor Authentication

We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security:

  1. Click on Enable Two-Factor Authentication
  2. Choose your preferred method (SMS or Authenticator App)
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup

Notification Preferences

Control what notifications you receive and how:

  1. Go to the Notifications tab
  2. Choose which notifications you want to receive:
    • Email notifications
    • In-app notifications
    • System alerts
  3. Click Save to confirm your choices

Organization Settings

If you are an organization admin, you'll have access to additional organization-wide settings.

Managing Organization Information

  1. Go to Organization Settings from the main menu
  2. Update organization details:
    • Organization name
    • Contact information
    • Address
    • Logo
  3. Click Save when finished

Subscription and Billing

View and manage your subscription and billing information:

  1. Go to the Billing tab in Organization Settings
  2. View your current plan and usage
  3. Update payment methods
  4. View billing history and download invoices
  5. Change subscription plans if needed

Integrations

Connect your account with third-party services:

  1. Go to the Integrations tab
  2. Browse available integrations
  3. Click Connect next to the service you want to integrate
  4. Follow the authorization steps
  5. Configure integration settings as needed

Account Recovery

If you forget your password or need to recover your account:

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login screen
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for recovery instructions
  4. Follow the link to reset your password
  5. Create a new password
